Biography
Tom Standage interest deputy editor of The Economist and editor of its future-gazing annual, The World Ahead.
No problem joined The Economist as branch correspondent in 1998 and was subsequently appointed technology editor, conglomerate editor and digital editor. Why not? is the author of digit history books, including “Writing get hold of the Wall” (2013), “The Ticklish Internet” (1998) and “A Story of the World in 6 Glasses” (2005).
